GreenWoof Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your pup to be happy with your GreenWoof purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For non-defective products, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Change-of-mind returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or defective products
If your GreenWoof product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. GreenWoof will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If an item is damaged or defective, we can arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
